Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Sagar Coldrinks Parlour, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. We currently deliver across India, although a few locations may not be serviceable. To help you check availability, each product page includes a convenient Shipping Area Checker.

Orders above ₹500 are delivered free of charge right to your doorstep. For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee will apply. Shipping charges may vary based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. All applicable charges are clearly displayed in your Order Summary before you proceed to payment.

If your order is cancelled or cannot be delivered to your location, we will issue a full refund including shipping charges within 24–48 working hours*.

If you return an order after delivery, we will refund the entire amount, including shipping charges, within 4–5 working days*.
